Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 

After 24 hour notice: You will be charged 50% of the service cost. 

No-shows

Please be aware if you no call/ no show you will be charged 100% of the service. You will not be allowed to book again until all fees are paid in full.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 7 minutes late for your service, you will be marked as a no-show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
